I'm using Xbox One controller with a PC. I'm not big fan of a vibration (rumble) feature, and I always disable it in all games, there such option is available. But still it vibrates every time PC is turning on. Is there any way to diable Xbox One controller vibration completely on a PC?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to turn the vibration off on a PC. Only games have the option to turn it off.

While the sliders for 'Left trigger' and 'Right trigger' are self explanatory, the ones for 'Left main' and 'Right main' are a little bit misleading. The 'Left main' slider controls the big motors for rough, powerful, low-frequency vibrations. The 'Right main' slider controls the small motors for weak, high-frequency vibrations.

The Xbox Accessories app can (currently) not be used to configure regular Xbox One controllers.

This issue happens with all games that I've tried so far. (Gears of War 4, Gears of War UE, Rocket League and Dark Souls 3.)

Basically almost every other time the controller vibrates, it gets stuck vibrating until it vibrates again and stops. I have an elite controller and a brand new regular xbox one controller, both have the same issue so I am assuming it's driver related. I've tried uninstalling the controller multiple times through device manager, I've uninstalled Xbox Accessories, reinstalled video drivers, usb drivers and nothing seems to fix the issue. I've tried using the wireless xbox one adapter and wired, happens with both. Nothing on my PC is overclocked, this is a relatively fresh Windows install (1-2months)
